The admin panel in WP does not work

I have a local server, after reinstalling Denver (due to problems with MySQL), the WP admin panel stopped working, just an empty window, there is not a single character, before reinstalling Denver, the following message was displayed (both the admin panel and the site)

RRS...RR¶R, PI RIR°€RR№ RRR"Rercs°C†Rere PHP RS SSS SS RSS' SR°SS€Resurrec MySQL, RRR±C...Err We"HOME SR°R±RS'With " WordPress

After decryption:

It looks like in your PHP configuration is missing the MySQL extension required for WordPress to work

It doesn't work because php-extensions doesn't have the necessary extension. There should be checkboxes next to MySQL and MySqli

First, set the default site encoding to understand the cause of the problem

To understand what WP wants from you, put the file .htaccess in the root of the site folder or add the line AddDefaultCharset utf-8 to the existing one. This will at least make the message readable. Then we dance based on its meaning.

First you need to make the utf-8 encoding, then the message can be decrypted and understand the problem, most likely it is not worth the necessary extension that's all
